Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS) Registration Certificate
The Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS) is enforced by the Emirates Authority for Standardization & Metrology (ESMA), this scheme requires that all consignments of regulated products to be exported to the United Arab Emirates must be registered to confirm their compliance with the applicable standards and technical regulations. The registration certificate is mandatory for goods clearance; consignments of products without registration will fail to meet the requirements of the new Recognition Program and will be rejected at the destination.
