Algeria’s Regulation Authority of Post and Telecommunications – Algerie’s Autorite de Regulation des Postes et Telecommunications (ARPT) which changed to L’Autorité de Régulation de la Poste et des Communications Electroniques(ARPCE) and Agence Nationale des Fréquences(ANF) is mandated to license telecommunications equipment to be used in Algeria. This includes undertaking all the necessary procedures to ensure the compliance of this equipment used in the telecommunications network with the relevant technical specifications accepted in Algeria.
