The Kingdom of Bahrain has published in its Official Gazette Issue No. 3737 of March 14, 2024 the following regulation:
Resolution No. (25) of 2024
Issuing the National Technical Regulations for Energy Efficiency of Lighting Products
- ENERGY EFFICIENCY, FUNCTIONALITY AND REQUIREMENTS FOR LIGHTING PRODUCTS Part 1 and Part 2
The enforcement dates have been set as 12 months starting from the publication in the Official Gazette.
The previous Resolution No. (3) of 2015 approving the regulation of non-directed home lighting lamps will be cancelled.
Transitional arrangements and detail implementation measures have not been announced at this time.
