As per confirmation from the Pakistan regulator, Wi-Fi 6E band is now allowed in Pakistan effective immediately, as per below band and output power limit details:
Allowed Wi-Fi 6E Band in Pakistan: 5.925-6.425 Ghz
Output Power Limit : 23 dBm Indoor use and 14 dBm outdoor use
It is worth mentioning that adoption of Wi-Fi 6E studies had been in progress at the regulator PTA side, for some time now during the past several months.
The allow for Wi-Fi 6E band is a welcome move for both the Equipment manufacturers and the end users to be able to offer even better products and reap the benefits of extended bandwidth respectively.
